Mixolo Goes Out - Salsa Dancing at An Die Musik
Time & Location
About The Event
Great things are happening at An Die Musik Live, frequently voted Baltimore's best music venue and renowned for their intimate jazz performances in the large former living room of a historic row home in the Mount Vernon district. They've announced a one-year residency featuring unique Latin jazz AND dance artists.
We're going out to meet uber-talented salsa instructor, Tabitha Hitchye, co-founder of Baltimore Salsa Dance Company and director of Dance and Expressions studio in Baltimore, for an evening of salsa dance lessons. Tabitha has been dancing the Salsa, Mambo, Bachata, and Flamenco for 20 years and teaching for 11. We think it's high time Mixolo goes out on the dance floor. #noplusonerequired.
This is not a ticketed event, however, our instructor will collect $10 from each participant. This is a great intro to her private and group classes in her studio in Catonsville, MD.
This is a public event as well. Registering here with Mixolo lets us know you are coming so you can find your plus-some. If you'd like us to coordinate a pre-dance gathering at a local restaurant, please let us know when you register. We'll do our best!
