About The Event

Join Baltimore's own Chef Egg as he teaches you how to be a success in the kitchen while preparing fresh, international recipes. This month we'll experience the tastes and aromas of ancient Persia while making buttery jeweled rice spiced with turmeric, cumin, and coriander. 

Learn how to artfully peel and cook mangoes into a sweet and spicy chutney and serve that with freshly grilled flatbread. This class is vegetarian-friendly and all food and equipment will be supplied. 

 Bring your own favorite wine, beer (21+) or other beverages.  

You will cook and eat all of the food on the menu with fellow cooking partner/partners while following step by step instructions from the chef.

This is an all-ages class and kids may attend. The Mixolo app and most Mixolo events are strictly 18 +, however,  Mixolo attends events open to the public with a family theme from time to time.

ABOUT CHEF EGG:

Chef Egg has taken the interactive cooking experience to exciting new levels with Chef Egg Live and his widely followed online and on-air demonstrations. You’ve probably seen him in the news or enjoyed one of his dynamic cooking classes.

HOW IT WORKS:

Doors open at 6:15PM.   The class begins promptly at 6:30PM.

All food is measured and ready to cook.  You will cook in groups of 4 and you need no prior experience to be a success in Chef Egg's kitchen.  This class is also open to the public. Chef Egg will have a prep table set aside for maximum connection with other solo guests.

WHAT TO WEAR:

Please do not wear loose clothing or dangling jewelry.  Tie back long hair.  We highly recommend closed-toe-shoes for the event.

PARKING:

On-street pay parking is available, however, the public West Street (40 West Street) garage is nearby. Allow sufficient time for locating parking.
