POSTPONED: Mixolo Goes Out to Brunch at the "Bearded" Clavel Mezcalaria
Time & Location
About The Event
No plus-one? No problem. That's Mixolo's mantra. No reservation? No problem. That's the Clavel experience. Recently recognized for the second year in a row as a James Beard semi-finalist in the Outstanding Bar Program category, this W. 23rd Street taqueria, co-owned by Lane Harlan and Chef Carlos Raba, is no doubt proud of their "Oscar" recognition in the food industry. So, let's do brunch. We'll start at 10 AM, the best time for seating and for securing a community table at this uber-popular, family0owned taqueria and mezcalaria.
Small batch, locally sourced fare, homemade tortillas from a 5th generation recipe and amazing, award-winning craft beverages are guaranteed. Their meats and seafood are prepared entirely on the premises. Enjoy vegan and vegetarian options, too. #youcansitwithus
More about Clavel:
Lane Harlan, founder WC Harlan and Maryland’s first mezcaleria, Clavel, opened the taqueria in 2017. Harlan has made turned the Remington neighborhood in Baltimore into a drinking and dining destination for winning craft cocktails and traditional Sinaloan fare. Harlan and her Clavel partner, Chef Carlos Raba, have loyal followers, including a few celebrities, willing to stand in line for hours for their unique fare and exceptional customer service. Harlan's latest project, Fadensonnen, is a biergarten, natural wine and sake bar in the Old Goucher neighborhood.
