Ready to boost your wellness while having fun? Don’t worry; you don’t have to be ‘into fitness’ to enjoy this experience!

All skill levels welcome! No previous Yoga experience necessary. Grab your mat and join us!

In fact, if you’re someone that doesn’t work out consistently, but wants to be more active. then this is perfect for you! Join us for a fun and empowering experience.

Here's what your ticket includes:

  • Self Care Workshop - Use manifestation techniques and journaling to explore what brings you joy
  • Lunch- included with the purchase of a ticket. Food is catered by The Greene Turtle Sports Bar.

Brielle has a bachelors of science in public health and masters in health administration.

As a healthcare professional Brielle designs wellness programs and resources for one of the world’s leading healthcare organizations. Events by Well with Brielle are designed to provide a variety of resources and tools for your everyday lifestyle journey to wellness.


Tianna began her yoga journey back in 2009 with a desire to add more to her current workouts when she curiously attended a yoga class at the gym. It started for her as a great way to incorporate stretching. She found that class offered a slow pace but still intense enough to know that she was working out. Tianna has been practicing ever since. Tianna's practice has evolved to use it as a tool for stress and meditation.

Eager to pursue a deeper understanding and practice of yoga,Tianna completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2018. Tianna loves helping students further their journey into yoga. Tianna considers herself to also be a forever student.
